Commentary:

In addition to an ASLOK 25th Anniversary dice set, Battleschool debuted two other special dice at ASLOK in 2011.  One of them was a Sniper Effects Die.  This is a single, cherry-red (for blood?) 9/16″ (16mm) precision die.  The 3-6 faces are normal.  In lieu of the “1” face, the die has a graveyard cross with a helmet hanging from it depicted on the die, along with “1” result sniper reminders:  Immob, Elim, STUN, Break.  The “2” face has a cross and the “2” result reminders:  stun, Pin, Wound.

This is for those people who, when their opponent rolls their SAN, want to add that extra bit of pain by whipping out a special sniper results die.  Schadenfreude, our constant ASL companion.

This would be the first of a long line of “utility” accessory dice for ASL designed and released by BattleSchool.  This is the sort of thing people do during those long Canadian winters.
